MILLER Compass X CX2 75mm Tripod Head w/ pan bar handle / long + short plates

NOTE: This tripod head goes together perfectly with my Gitzo carbon fibre tripod legs available for sale separately in another listing. INCLUDED: - Miller CX2 75mm Fluid Tripod Head - Miller Short QR plate - Miller Long QR plate - Miller pan bar handle - Miller tie-down knob CONDITION: Very barely used and babied. The only visible wear is to the short qr plate which has has worn-off paint and metal wear, but not actually from USE with this tripod. I just swapped the new plate from this head to the old plate from the Miller Compass 25 I sold a few months back. Always gotta have the prettiest plate for the tripod for sale, y'know. Doesn't matter, anyway, because this package also includes a BRAND NEW Miller long qr plate. --- The Miller CX2 Fluid Head is designed to accommodate a wide payload range with 16 steps of counterbalance. Pan, tilt, and counterbalance can all be set to zero, enabling even the lightest of cameras to be supported. Maxed out, this head is rated to support camera setups up to 17.5 pounds, suitable for a DSLR or mirrorless camera rig, a smaller cinema camera, or a small ENG camcorder. Securing your camera or rig is easy. The sideload plate design enables you to simply drop in your camera without the alignment issues posed by rear-loading variations. The plate offers 2.4" of sliding range to balance your rig. To survive fast-paced shooting environments, the CX2 is die-cast from a lightweight, yet durable metal alloy with composite polymers and precision ball-bearings for smooth mechanical operation. Even in harsh conditions, the CX2 will perform reliably. The base of the CX2 is a 75 ball for mounting to compatible tripods and grip equipment. An illuminated bubble level makes it easy to level the CX2 in dark environments. A pan handle with a 15.4" fixed length is included and a second rosette is incorporated for attaching an optional second pan handle.
